Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Help Financial Advisors handle daily transactions while adhering to all compliance and regulatory policies Professional interaction and follow-up with clients Proactively follow-up on account and asset transfers Prepare and send necessary client and account correspondence Processing client maintenance issues and service requests Prepare all new account paperwork Ability to report back in an efficient, systematic and timely manner to staff regarding tasks completed, and next steps required Manage a large volume of financial and all other operational tasks Job Qualifications Qualifications for the Client Service Assistant are as follows: Series 7 license preferred At least two years of securities knowledge Four year degree Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Knowledge of investment, insurance, trusts, bank products, financial planning Extremely detail oriented, highly organized and excellent time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment Self-motivated and demonstration of initiative Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through Compliance experience Excellent analytical skills
